The ladies who knit in Cahir Library are currently working on a quilt. This is a group project and it is hoped that this beautiful quilt will be raffled in December for a local charity. If there is anyone who wishes to get involved, please you will be more than welcome to come and join in on Friday mornings anytime between 10.30 and 12.15. The quilt will be a beautiful heirloom and is in lovely colours that will match most bedrooms.
The group meet every Friday and any type of handcraft can be done. There’s coffee and chat and good craic to be had with a lovely bunch of women.
